  • 30-Day Return Policy: You can return your order within 30 days of its fulfillment.
  • Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Initiating a Return: Contact us at marketing@dorahjewelry.com to start a return. If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find a defect or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately for assistance.
